The key is understanding that HR paperwork, a quick walk-through with the new boss and online compliance training does not define a well-structured onboarding program! Ms. Heath will describe how the onboarding process begins before the new employees first day. She will also define the elements of a well-structured onboarding program and discuss the positive impact a dynamic program will have on new and existing employees.
