Financial Minds: Meet the Experts

Welcome to Vizo Financial Corporate CU's podcast, Financial Minds: Meet the Experts. Our goal with this podcast is to gather experts inside the corporate along with our partners to ask them credit union related questions about what’s going on in the financial industry, as well as relevant questions about the products and services we have to offer. We see this as another way to provide education to our member credit unions through a different platform; one they can access on their drive to work or on their lunch break or whenever they can.

All episodes are available right here on our website and also on Apple Podcast, and make sure to subscribe to our podcast while you’re there so you’re always notified when we release new episodes.

Episode 83 - 2024 GAC Crashers with Natalie Waltz, MC Federal Credit Union

Welcome back to Financial Minds: Meet the Experts!

CUNA's 2024 Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) kicks off this Sunday, March 3, in Washington D.C. During this annual conference, credit union professionals travel to the nation's capital to share all the great things that credit unions are doing within their local communities with our lawmakers. One of the 2024 crashers is Natalie Waltz from MC Federal Credit Union. Jaime invited Natalie to sit down with her on the podcast this week to chat about the GAC crasher experience. Natalie is sharing why becoming a crasher was important to her, as well as the process and roles and responsibilities of a GAC crasher. They're also talking about how many crashers are expected to attend this year's GAC event and a few of their potential plans for the week ahead.
